Information collected

The contact form on this site collects the fields you fill in (name, email, phone, reason for inquiry, preferred session format, and an optional message). Submissions are emailed to Rebecca Million, LPC and are not stored in a database by this website.

How information is used

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to schedule a consultation. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the email (e.g. Resend, the transactional email provider).

HIPAA notice

This website is not a covered entity under HIPAA. The contact form is for scheduling inquiries only and is not a substitute for clinical communication. Do not include protected health information (PHI) in your initial message.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Plausible) that does not set tracking cookies. If Google Tag Manager is later enabled, this policy will be updated and a consent banner may be required depending on your jurisdiction.
